Warm up

Knee hugs x 5/leg

High kicks to opposite hand x 5/side

Side to side hops x 20 sec

Lateral lunge x 5/ side

 

Focus: Strengthening our legs through jumping and hopping

 

Bear Crawls 10-20yd x 2

Inch Worms x 10 yd

Squat Jumps x 15

Crunch reach thru hold x 10 sec, Crunch reach thru x 10

Single Leg hops x 10 yds (each leg)

Plank x 20 sec (show them how to do modified plank as well)

Straight leg crunch x 15

Hyper Hold x 10 sec, hypers x 10

Fast feet x 10 sec (2 times)

Push up start sprint x 20 yds (2 times)

 

Go through circuit 2 times, try for a 3rd if time
